Bought this product despite the negative reviews.
This is not the sort of gadget you buy for a whole house clean! It's what you get out to quickly whiz around to collect the wandering crumbs, stray hairs or sock fluff on the stairs, when you haven't time for a full clean!! And for that purpose it is IDEAL! FAB for skirting boards, keyboards, lightfittings etc.

None of the promotional material mentions that it is only supposed to run for 6 minutes - mine ran for 4 minutes - and takes 3 hours to recharge. This is pathetic. I have a regular, mains Dyson which is great but I am disappointed with Dyson for producing this hand held version. Read Full Review »

paid just under £100 for this based on dysons reputation.
after a full charge it lasts for 5 minutes and stops!
wrote to dyson expecting a repacement and they told me thats its design run time

Can't comment yet about the product but wanted to comment about service. Ordered late evening on 7th March and they tried to deliver on 9th. Was out as wasn't expecting delivery for days. How good is that? Read Full Review »
