Was impressed with price of dishwasher and ease of ordering. Had very prompt confirmation and was advised delivery would be within 7-10 working days. After that we heard nothing for over a week. I emailed to ask if they had an update on the delivery time and had a rather abrupt email in return just saying delivery would be within the time stated, 7-10 working days. I am sorry that you appear to not have been completely satisfied and we sincerely apologise that we were not able to deliver your item within a convenient period. I can assure you that this was an exception incident and we have since implemented a new delivery system, which will ensure customers have their items well within the periods outlined on our site, no matter where they live.
