I have never shopped online before so was a little bit apprehensive about the whole thing. Anyway i ordered a new powersupply for my computer which had blown. The process was very simple and secure which I found surprising but my powersupply arrived the very next day - there was even a tracking number in my email so i could track where my parcel was. I have used this store for many years and they have always been very helpful and deliver the goods on time. I ordered the Coolermaster Cosmos case and although there was a slight delay in the goods arriving which they told me about as soon as my order was processed - the delivery was next day and arrived promptly.
