I bought a Z Pen from this company and

I bought a Z Pen from this company and when it arrived the item was junk and wouldn't do what they said it would. I then sent it back asking for a refund under the Long Distance Selling Regulations, which state that when you buy something by mail order you can return it within 7 days and a day after receiving it for a full refund. I sent a detailed letter stating why I was returning it.

ordered memory card and battery 4 days ago was told it takes 1 day!!!. still no word, cant get hold of the company and there's no record of an order on there site but I got an email confirming my booking. Read Full Review »
