    Abysmal customer service, their delivery company "Expert Logistics" managed to deliver our fridge freezer to our drive when they dumped it and drove off, despite being told where it was supposed to go (utility room). Despite calling repeatedly the logistics company refused to return and complete the delivery. Would not touch with a barge pole. Read Full Review »

    This company saved me £110 off a leading high street retailer?s web price and they also managed to deliver the product in 2 days. I was kept informed by text as to the delivery time and was given a 2 hour window. Excellent service will be using them again and would recommend them to anyone. Read Full Review »

    I ordered online with ease. Received a phone call confirming the day and time window of 4 hours. On the day of delivery the driver rang to confirm a more accurate time and as we were moving into the delivery address that day the driver rang me 30 mins before delivery allowing no hanging around time for me.     Appliances on Line took my money after advising that the washing machine would be delivered within 1 weeks.
    I rang them on delivery day and they said it would be another 5 days as there was an error with the online order and they had overlooked ordering it from Hotpoint.
