I have ordered a pool table for my gransdson for christmas they have plenty on offer from the big slatebed tables to cheep little table top ones. I ordered a Walker and simpson club pool table at £189.95. I recently purchased a treadmill from this company after looking at many other retailers this company seemed one of the best for value for money. The item purchased was one of the big ones with a TV. Appalling service. Telephoned an order to them and two days after quoted delivery date, had to telephone to ask where goods were. Was told that they could not deliver to any other address than the one on the credit card. Why did they take the order for a different delivery address in the first place then? ATROCIOUS SERVICE WOULD NOT TOUCH WITH A BARGE POLE NOT RECOMMENDED, CHEAP FOR A REASON!!

ORDERED SPIN BIKE 9/7/08 EXPECTING 3 DAY DELIVERY, RANG 14/7/08 TO BE TOLD IT SHOULD GO OUT WEDNESDAY OF THAT WEEK, BUT COULD NOT SAY WHEN THE CARRIER WOULD DELIVER TO US. I'm afraid I've had a similarly awful experience with this company. When you can actually get through on the phone there are some staff who are helpful. The worst customer service i have ever experienced. If it doesn't work first time don't expect any help. They never ring back when they promise ( if you can get through at all ) and don't even reply to emails. Avoid if at all possible. Read Full Review »

We purchased our first cross trainer in

We purchased our first cross trainer in January 08 and within weeks the weld on the upright bar had broken. Luckily it started to make quite a noise before it snapped so I was able to avoid a nasty accident.
