    The on line tracking system does not work and I had no idea when the order may be delivered. There was no reply to an e mail enquiry.
    I have not been able to return part of the order because I have not been able to get anyone to reply to an e mail or multiple phone calls/messages. You need a return number to be able to return goods.

    I deliberately ordered because of their policy on sift delivery and because the product I wanted, a Yamaha hi-fi system, was in stock.

    I ordered a 37" Sharp and received a confrimation email to this effect but was sent a 32". I have spoken to Trading Standards and are awaiting a investigation currently under way however Digico despite being advised that this was being investidated by TS still refuse to send me a 37".
