Over the last two years we have tried in vain to establish your system concerning what you are seriously selling and what is for sale due only what the delivery lorry brings on any given day.

I ordered 3 items on 8th April. Nothing arrived just lots of emails saying items delayed. I emailed on 9th May to see where they were. No reply until 14th May. Goods would arrive 15th May.No goods arrived,just another email saying delayed. Emailed again to cancel order, asked M&S to emial back confirming.No reply to email as yet.Phoned 19th May.It appears one item out of stock so none sent.

Order placed by e-mail 3 Dec 2006. Confirmed on 4th stated delivery 9 Dec. An e-mail Dec 8 confirmed the items will be sent to our delivery teams to despatch. Bouqet ordered before 12noon on the day prior to delivery - I telephoned to ensure that it would be delivered nexr day as until you enter the credit card details the delivery date is not displayed. I was assured that they would be. They did not arrive.
