Ordered thro Biasco [RTD is the parent] £529 cooker hood...no contact & no delivery after 17 days so I cancelled. Refund promised but none came, tried to contact but difficult. Eventually made contact but they lost paperwork; said they would get back to me...never happened. I had to dispute payment thro my Bank [Visa] and also lodged complaint with Consumer Direct. Ordered a gas cooker in early April and

Ordered a gas cooker in early April and a few days later the money was taken from my bank account.
A week went by with no contact from them. They ignored email inquiries and when I phoned, they made excuses for not having a delivery date and did not get back to me.
In early May, they delivered a cooker – but not the one that was ordered!
I rejected the delivery and they took it back.

Despite some dodgy reviews below RTD were the cheapest store i could find for the item i wanted so i went with them anyway. As it turned out i was very happy with RTD. The day after I ordered i got a phonecall saying they were out of stock of my hood but it would still be with me within the 10 working days specified. I ordered a washing machine from RTD.

I ordered a washing machine from RTD. After more than a week I hadn't heard when it would be delivered so I sent 2 emails to them - neither was answered. I eventually got through to them by phone & I was given a delivery date. It arrived on the due date.The machine didn't work when it was plumbed in. I bought a sink from this company

I bought a sink from this company without doing my homework properly, and they definitely do not offer the best online deals. Check out a few price comparison site before considering RTD and you'll save yourself £££s

Within minutes of placing order had

Within minutes of placing order had email confirmation. Within a few hours had confirmation of delivery date in just 3 working days. Evening before delivery had call giving me the next day 4 hour delivery slot. At first I was a bit hesitant to order from RTD..to be frank had never heard of them!! But then I had set my eye on one of dishwashers and found it was the cheapest in RTD. Took the risk and ordered..but to my surprise I am really impressed with the service.
