Ordered Call of Duty 4 for PS3 from

Ordered Call of Duty 4 for PS3 from Amazon. Product arrived and played OK. After a few months, I decided to play the on-line game. Worked ok until I tried to download the bonus maps. Code didn't work. Spoke to Activision who said that Amazon had sent me a US disc. Went back to Amazon who said that it was now out of gyarantee period so tough luck. I ordered an Electric Carving Knife

I ordered an Electric Carving Knife which they stated was in stock at time of ordering. One week later they contact me to advise still awating stock.

There are a lot of better online shops now and Amazon seem to be going BACKWARDS.

Order cancelled and got product cheaper elswhere useing Kelkoo.

I am a regular customer of Amazon and never had problems with them. Generally good product listing and competitive prices. Good quality of products dispatched and within the expectation set by them.

Once I ordered a set of PC speakers and found the quality wanting, the returns were a breeze. They hadit collected from my home and the money refunded.
