  1. I ordered an Electric Carving Knife

    I ordered an Electric Carving Knife which they stated was in stock at time of ordering. One week later they contact me to advise still awating stock.

    There are a lot of better online shops now and Amazon seem to be going BACKWARDS.

    Order cancelled and got product cheaper elswhere useing Kelkoo.

    I am a regular customer of Amazon and never had problems with them. Generally good product listing and competitive prices. Good quality of products dispatched and within the expectation set by them.

    Once I ordered a set of PC speakers and found the quality wanting, the returns were a breeze. They hadit collected from my home and the money refunded.

    Order items "in stock" according to the website only to be kept waiting for ages with no goods. I chased by email and waited ages for a reply before being told they were out of stock and didn't expect any in for an other few weeks.
