    I was not happy with the service ,

    1: I couldnt understand the guy on the phone
    2: The guy i was talken to was very rude ( I could hear in the background someone talken about what they did at the weekend ? Sounded like a bunch of monkeys , Not very professianl at all :(.

    Beware! Sometimes the website says things are in stock but they aren't! Then your exepected next-day delivery doesn't turn up for 4 days!
    Also, DO NOT GET THEM TO DELIVER RADIATORS! They are not packaged well enough to withstand the delivery company's rough treatment and turn up scratched/chipped/bent. Although Toolstation will collect for free and give you a refund it's a lot of h... Read Full Review »

    by far the best mail order company I have ever Known. I have placed numerous orders on-line, by phone and by fax. have always delivered next working day (b4 10am) even when order placed at 3pm day b4. If something Is not in-stock the web-site has it flagged so you know not to order it. range is limited but I would rather have smaller choice guaranteed in stock than larger choice that is not in sto...
