I had not ordered a large item over the

I had not ordered a large item over the internet before so was a little skeptical but there were problems at all. Ordered on the Thursday shop 4 rang me back on the Friday morning advising stock available and would be with in 5/7 days, Delivery company rang the next Thursday and advised me delivery the next day . If you ever buy anything and you find that the item is faulty don't let them fob you off phoning the manufacturer, the consumers act states that the vendor is responsible I unwittingly went down the route of contacting the manufacturer waiting for the technician to appear only to find that a part was required and when I decided enough was enough the hassle involved in getting a return was extr... Very good service. The price was cheaper than anywhere else and I'm really pleased with the Fridge Freezer. Transport company took a little time to contact me, possibly due to Bank Holiday weekend, but it was delivered within the 10 day time slot as promised. I would definately recommend this store, I ordered a washing machine which was cheaper here than anywere else. It arrived within the 10 day delivery. I had a slight problem with the delivery which was resolved immediatly once I had contacted customer services. Read Full Review »

Very pleased with the ordering process.

Very pleased with the ordering process. I tried telephoning but was not sucessful but the ordered over the net. The follow up by shop4electrical was prompt and delivery organised equally prompt. The machine arrived on time and perfomes well after a small installation hickup. This was due to improper instructions by the manufacturer.
