All looking good, items arrived on time. Delivery guys had no trolley, one of them tried to carry a chest of drawers on his shoulder, slammed into fence post then later dropped it; completely broken. Accidents happen, opened both the other boxes to find those items damaged as well. Sofa ordered May 08. Two wks later, told

Sofa ordered May 08. Two wks later, told there was a problem with the sofa and they had to change manufacturer and sofa wouldn't be ready until the 30th Aug.

Ordered TV unit, an ordeal that took twenty minutes. Asked for this delivery to be linked to the sofa when it came into stock and the two could be delivered together.

The glass is always half empty - take no notice of any of the naysayers on here; we have used Dwell online on a number of occassions and the service has been impecable from start to finish. Furniture ordered and deliver inside a week, find many companies that will do that. Their communication is superb, you know the situation with your order at all times - and the goods? Contrary to many of the reviews here I have found the service from start to finish to be excellent. We visited the South London store as it is our nearest after browsing the ranges online and sending for a free catalogue. After making a complaint about their delivery persons ruining my brand new carpets by stupidly walking thick black muck all the way through my hallway/lounge, I then decided to make a complaint.

If only I'd read these reviews before I bought from dwell. I ordered a sofa from their north london Branch. The sofa was cheap and delivery date was speedy.

What they failed to tell me was that the sofa needs its legs screwed in by the customer. The definition of self assembly is that even a kid with a scewdriver could do it. When we got the sofa it was the delivery guys who told me about th... Read Full Review »

In store they are completely incompetent. A member of staff in the islington store gave me the wrong box which I double checked with him because I thought it was the wrong box, to which I got a very rude reply, surprise surprise when I got it home it wasnt what i ordered.

Awful customer service. We waited for almost a month for 4 dinning chairs. Then we received an email on Monday afternoon saying that the delivered would be on Tuesday. Had to take a day off from work and we found out that two of the chairs came with the wrong legs. On Wednesday we called to complain. They said they would send 2 new chairs, which was good.
