Just ... awful.

This company immediately took my money and "confirmed" that my order had been sent. More than a month later I have nothing to show for it. They do not answer the phone or reply to letter or emails. I'm having to write to my credit-card company to get my money back.

We ordered an Acer Windows XP laptop, and when it came, it had Vista preinstalled on it. So, we called up and reported the problem. Order was out of stock so I cancelled it and got confirmation of this. Then three weeks later the goods turned up and they took the money. I contacted them and they arranged to collect the good which happened on the 22nd of Aug and I’m still trying to get my refund from them which they keep saying next week or 3-4 working days Not impressed. This must be the worse purchase experience for our company in the last 6 years. Software has validation key missing, after 75 telephone calls this is still not rectified. Customer Service staff are rude, ignorant, unprofessional hang up the telephone if they actually have to do some work. Bought a projector ,the item was already used
and damaged .
Because I returned it without the original packaging they refused a refund or exchange.
Rude customer service,stating that I did the damages!!!
3 weeks on ,they took the money and I was sent the same faulty item as a return.
I refused it , wrote 3 letters , and I am still waiting!!!
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM !!!!!!
