Having ordered a printer the order remained unprocessed for in excess of a week. 2 emails were unanswered regarding the order despite thier promise on the site to try to answer all emails within 12 hours. Clearly the item was not in stock and was unlikely to be again (removed from sale on the site) - the communication failure was unacceptable. Order eventually cancelled by phone. Read Full Review »

I ordered a kenwood chef - it said instock on site but have had this before with other sites.However they were absolutely true to their word and it was despatched the same day.
The carrier came and I had just gone out - again I thought thats it I will have to wait but no -they put card in saying would be delivered next day and it was.

I recently purchased an iRobot from electronicshopping.com and was impressed by their speedy service and when I had a problem with the product (not their fault) they were wonderful at getting the product collected and refunded without any fuss. Ordered a Henry Numatic Cleaner on Monday evening and paid additional for next day delivery. Obviously I appreciated that this would not be delivery on Tues but on Wednesday, but the point is that they had my order first thing Tuesday morning. Take care, the "Free delivery" advert is a rip off,falsely claims free delivery to UK mainland , but if you live in Scotland as I do then you have to pay an extra £5.50 for delivery.
Guess this company has redrawn the UK map and UK mainland stops at Hadrians Wall.
