I made an order with them a week ago.

The stereo i ordered was not compatible with my car, so I returned it under the Distance Selling Regulation mentioned on their website. I returned it the day after it arrived !

I paid £20 to send the item back to them.

They then decided the item was not returned as it was delivered, and would offer a refund, but only a refund -10% !

Ordered some speakers back in April.

Ordered some speakers back in April. Took them a week to deliver my goods and they turn out to be the wrong ones. Had lots of phone call and email with them. Finally, they collected the goods a week later. Now it is June, still waiting for my refund. It has been 2 months now. I am now going to small claims court in order to recover my money.
