It was easy to contact someone, they were always very helpful, polite and made you feel as if everything was in safe hands. I feel i must write because the service we received from 1st call appliance direct was outstanding. I ordered the fridge I wanted on Sunday, received an email the same day saying it would be delivered on Wednesday which it did within the time span given to me. Super Service!
1st Call succeeded where 2 others failed.
These guys really know the meaning of customer service. Was let down by 2 other companies on deliveries...gave up on both and tried 1st call...these guys delivered the item in 2 days...I so wish I'd found this company first...will definately use next time and would highly recommend.

Awesome Price & Service! I purchased the BOSCH WFXi2840 Integrated Washing Machine For £719.00. Delivered Free of charge! This was by far the cheapest price on the net & was delivered within 3 days. I ordered a built in fridge; it was listed as in stock and was much cheaper than most other stores. Had a slight problem registering, maybe my own fault. Fantastic - ordered a fridge on Saturday and chose them because they were best deal. Low price and no delivery charge. Fridge delivered on Tuesday morning and driver used initiative, called and put in back porch as nobody was in. Will be using for any other appliance in the future - top banana. Read Full Review »

It is not often that you get the level of service I have just received from 1st Call Appliance Direct - exceptional. Confirmed that the dishwasher was in stock and when I asked about delivery stated that normally would be 4-5 business days. I asked if that it could be sooner and they called me back within an hour to confirm next day delivery at no extra charge. Will definately use again. Read Full Review »
