    The store is always excellent but when i went to the store to purchase, 'Humble Pie' By Gordan Ramsay, they obviously didn't do their homework. It was cheaper in about 5 other shops that were selling it.

    I ordered this book late on Sunday night and was amazed to receive it on my doorstep (very carefully packed) early this morning (Tuesday).
    This is wonderful service - about the best I've had from anyone - and the book is superb and exactly what I wanted.

    I placed an order for store delivery 10 days ago, the website said the book was in stock. Was told the book would be in store last friday. A week later i get an email cancelling my order. It seems that Smiths like to advertise books they can't get hold of at low prices to get customers, very poor service and an irritating waste of time as well. Read Full Review »
