Terrible delivery time. After 15 days of

Terrible delivery time.
After 15 days of not receiving my goods, they cancelled my original order without communicating anything to me. I had to place a new order with a "next day" delivery time, 4 days later I still don't have what I ordered. They just mentioned they would send my goods next business day. If it doesn't happen I will cancel the order.

excellent supplier - goods were

excellent supplier - goods were despatched same day as ordered (in the late afternoon) and arrived 2 days later.
Found placing my order to be very easy,and there is an online tracking system too.Puts many other suppliers to shame. Read Full Review »

Great Store! Ordered a Sony Vaio

Great Store! Ordered a Sony Vaio VGN-N38E/W at around 4pm and got delivered at 12:30pm the next day (although I did use Next Day Delivery option). Great price as well, and in stock, unlike many high street stores. Would buy from them again, and they send you emails (not that many as other reviewers said, around 4) to keep track of your order. Misco themselves are very good at what

Misco themselves are very good at what they do.
Good prices, good availability good customer service.
They are let down by their courier service city-link, who in all honesty are abysmal.
In my dealings with, citylink, i was told so many lies, just i'm sure to get me off the phone.
The trouble is that getting the goods is as much are part of having good, reasonable, cheap prices.

What would you expect a retailer to do

What would you expect a retailer to do if a customer rings to complain that their order had not been delivered. A quick check reveals that the courier has not acknowledged receiving it. Do you:
(a) Apologise and see to it that a replacement is despatched immediately, or
