I ordered a shirt from Kitbag. Several days later I was sent email explaining that my payment details and been lost and I would be rung by them to retake the payment details. I did not receive a call back so I rang them. I replaced the order and gave them my payment details again. I ordered a rugby top several days

I ordered a rugby top several days before christmas wich I required before New Year's Eve. The item was listed as in stock, the delivery method as first class and my card was charged immediately. I was promised twice that the order would arrive before New Year's Eve but when it did not I phoned their premium rate customer help line and was told that the item had not even been dispatched!... I didn't experience any of these problems. I ordered a Utd Shirt and was sent the correct size I order. This did not fit so I phoned Kitbag and they were most helpful and I had the correct size within days! Read Full Review »

Pathetic. I ordered on the 10th August

Pathetic. I ordered on the 10th August 2007. After 10 days they shipped out only half of my order and cancelled the other half without telling me as it was not in stock.

Two weeks today and no delivery, No response from my emails either. Called on the orderline and you can get straight through but if you call the Customer service number you have a long wait and they make money from your waiting!! Eventually spoke to them and they still haven't dispatched .....this company should be banned from internet trading!!!! Read Full Review »
