Jermyn St. store staff were excellent.

Jermyn St. store staff were excellent. Fitted a very nice linen suit but delivery of preferred colour would be one month+. Paid up and waited. Suit jacket arrived on the dot and was an abominable fit - short - tight - plain silly looking. "No exchange is possible as the item is obsolete" was as good as customer relations could do. I have always been wary of mail order

I have always been wary of mail order companies and am new to the scene.
